AVANTIUS v3.7.0. Justice Department Information Systems.

Avantius is an integral judicial file management product which permits the different judicial, public prosecution and forensic bodies, and any other internal or external professional to enter a process equipped with due security, and intervene in a single file for its resolution.

Its main functions are the Recording and Distribution of all the documents presented before the Justice Department, the Processing of such matters, the Sending of information to other jurisdictional offices and services, Information searches and the Use of the information recorded.

Currently, more than 130,000 files are processed a year with more than 1,100,000 associated documents, serving 49 judicial organs and more than 450 users, including civil servants, judges, magistrates, public prosecutors, clerks of court, coordinators, advanced and maintenance users, and the central administrator.
